If you were out and about in the northern quadrant of the western hemisphere on Monday night, you may have noticed that the crescent moon made an upside-down frowny face with Venus and Jupiter as its eyes. This configuration will not recur until 2013. Glad I was on my way to Walgreens for cold medication and caught it.
