Well, we’ve known for a long time now that the majority of lunar crust consists of anorthosite (highly plagioclase-feldspar-rich rock, often referred to by the Merkins as Alaskite) with some surficial glass and meteorites. However, if the moon were to be made of cheese, I’d hope it’s good ol’ Wisconsin cheddar.
