The City Of New Orleans Emergency Contact System is now online. I went ahead and signed up for it and received activation messages via email and cellphone text message … knowing full well that this contact system is much like our pumps. Someone’s got to be around to man it. Also, where is the City going to get information we cannot find with the same research?  P.S. A new blog by a visitor working with Habitat for Humanity.
