Just when you thought it was safe to be near the water…
The one that is dumping rain on my brother right now (USVI) isn’t technically a depression yet, it’s just some unhappy weather or something like that.. OK, fine, it’s currently “AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE ASSOCIATED WITH A TROPICAL WAVE” or “TROPICAL DISTURBANCE”. :)
I haven’t tried calling him, I suspect the cell phones aren’t working too well, and the land lines aren’t usually any better.
