The middle of next week kicks off my Central Time Zone Spring Tour. New Orleans – Houston – Memphis – Madison – Memphis – New Orleans. I’d better be awarded ALL of those Northwest miles and be able to use them later, by gum!
To make the week extra special, President Bush will be in town on Monday and Tuesday to host the North American Leaders’ Summit. The local internet is already abuzz with vehicular and streetcar re-routing information. Sadly, the only thing Bush ever makes happen when in New Orleans is one gigantic downtown traffic rodeo.
