WE WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON! GO PACK GO!
On the flight from Memphis to Milwaukee, a Seattle Seahawks fan loudly asked, “What’s a Packer anyway?” I turned around and replied, “The name came from the Acme Meatpackers.”
“What THE HELL is a meatpacker? What sorta name is THAT?”
“You’ll find out when we pack you up and send you home.” Sorry, I couldn’t resist.
Happy Packer fans:
NYTimes: Out Of The Icebox, Packers and Giants Made The NFL Hot
That is a great picture. And what a great game. Here’s hoping GB beats NE in the Superbowl.
What a GREAT photo. Good luck!
I love love LOOOOOVE your pics of the game, and especially of you and D. Been waiting for this post from you for a time. Waaaay cool.
And now for another cold one! And another game, too.
Good luck against the Giants this weekend! I am against all Mannings, and I dream of a New England/Green Bay Superbowl- I’d be happy if either of these teams took it.
And I love your clever trash talk!
Wow! I can’t believe you were there! Must’ve been unbelievable, as the snow started to fall like a gift from above and the team’s fortunes turned! I don’t know a single person who’s not rooting for the Packers to triumph over prettyboy Tom and Belicheat.
Hell yeah! Terry Bradshaw and a few others from Madison were up there, too, and had a blast. That second photo of you guys is a good one.
Is there a Simpson girl we can get Brady hooked up with?
That is a seriously adorable picture of you two.
AWWWWWWWWWW.
I’m glad this wasn’t you:

That’s horrible! Then again, think of what New York(ers) would have done to/for us if the game were there.
I’ve asked D if we’re going to raise our (as yet non-existent) kids as Packer fans. He said it’s the best way to get them to root for the Cowboys or, worse, the Vikings.
What a wonderful photo!
