The Shrimp and Petroleum festival is a fun festival to attend – lotsa things happening, good food and music and lots of arts and crafts to peruse

This is the second or third time we’ve attended the festival and I love that part of Louisiana. The people are unassuming and know how to pass a good time!
Amen Maitri – my roots to that region of Louisiana run very deep, and I hope to make a permanent home somewhere in bayou country someday – whole nother world along the bayous, one can have and make a good life down that way
