Day 570: Metzgar On Blanco

Emily Metzgar credits Governor Kathleen Blanco for her graceful exit from re-election.

As someone who purposely refrained from casting a vote in the Blanco-Jindal election, this is the proudest I’ve been of our governor.

Update: Proud papa Oyster also weighs in.

    Whatever her shortcomings, let it never be said that the lady didn’t have class. She did the right thing, though.
