Meanwhile, if you upgrade to 2.0.7 from 2.0.6 to fix the PHP bugs and get this error – fatal error re 2.07 wp-includes/functions.php on line 2365 – make sure to do this:
Upload the new (2.0.7) wp-includes/functions-formatting.php and wp-includes/comment-functions.php files along with the other recommended files when upgrading. All will be well. If upgrading from 2.0.5, do a full install.
