Today, the international space station will have additions put on by two women, mission specialists Sunita “Suni” Williams and Joan Higginbotham.
[The astronauts will] use the station’s robotic arm to install the addition. The clearance at times will be less then 3 inches. The spacewalking pair will then tighten bolts and connect utility cables to complete the installation process.
May the “copy of the Bhagavad Gita, a statue of Lord Ganesh and a packet of samosas” keep Sunita and her crew out of harm’s way for the next six months and bring them back to earth safely. [LINK]
