Where from?
Very cool BIF – is it Neguanee Iron Formation?
This is one of the latest acquisitions of the University of Wisconsin’s geology museum. I think it’s from Australia, but will have to check with the museum to be sure. Silver Fox, it’s probably not Negaunee because the BIF I’ve seen up there is chert/jasper alternating with hematite.
Grace under pressure resonates under strain.
