Just don’t. They carry coconuts around.
Coolest video I’ve seen in ages (annoying narrator is annoying, so audio is unnecessary).
Octopus is made of PURE WIN. This is seafloor footage we need more of.

Why or why do they feel the need to ruin amazing nature videos with idiotic jibba jabba? I do love cephalopods, but let’s be honest. Dogfish are wee little sharks and the giant pacific octopus is enormous. It was hardly a fair fight.
Pop culture television and films have successfully vilified the shark while the octopus is this cute, squishy thing with many legs that occasionally squirts black stuff at creatures who poke at it. Now humankind can marvel at the muscular POWER that is the cephalopod. (They are some of my favorite invertebrates – I think they have a massive IQ and that we underestimate them greatly.)
Do not mock the mighty cephalopod and its muscular-hydrostatic limbs, mere mortal. Or I will send it after you. :-)
You need to watch the second Night at the Museum movie sometime…
Yes, sharks are scary and just want to kill you! University of Florida has a nice compilation of the relative risks of shark attacks.. My personal favorites are the risk of being killed by lightning, or a domestic animal..
I’m afraid for sharks, as they say..
