A nice Cat 5 with a 1 foot diameter eye and hurricane force winds extending out to 40 feet should do the job.  Being a native New Yorker with friends and family impacted by 9/11, my feelings toward that are justified–in my mind at least.”  I don’t accept where this opinion comes from, but shamefully agree that the Mayor of Debriston has a severe case of foot-in-mouth disease.  Meanwhile, SFGate postulates that politics may doom New Orleans.  To answer their question of where the 44 out of $110 billion in federal aid went, I point them to the fine account-keeping of Da Po Blog.
