In case you’ve noticed the Eni International banner on the Dominion building downtown, it’s not a new oil company moving in. For those of you that don’t know, Dominion sold its offshore operations to Eni Petroleum recently.
Taylor’s up for sale, Dominion was bought by Eni, Murphy Oil has closed shop here, Chevron’s moving to the Northshore and Tidewater is talking about moving to Houston. Shell’s the only one left, until 2010 for now.
