Priorities, and now that Bush is a lawless lame duck, I wouldn’t expect anything to change prior to a new president being sworn in. Hope there are no hurricanes this season. In the event there is a major hurricane in the NOLA area, why not send both the Bush & Cheney family to “ride it out!”
