September 8, 2006 – Just in from Machelle: “Thank you, Qatar, for picking up where our own government continues to fail miserably.”  Hey, Louisiana has picked up $2.8 billion of the cost of the current war in their neck of the woods, and they repay us with a total of $100 million.  Sounds like a fair trade to me.
